Went into the Wakefield store today with my teenage son to buy him some walking boots for a trip to Scotland. The guy who assisted us was really knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us lots of advice on the different styles boots and recommended a good value/sturdy pair (which we went with), how to fasten them correctly and after care advice to keep them in good condition for longer. You wouldn't get that kind of service just buying on the internet!
