I just wanted to say how helpful Liam was I came in the other day with what I thought was a problem with my tyres Liam took time out of a busy day to take a good look at my car now with me not knowing what's right or wrong with my car Liam did not take advantage he assured me my tyres were fine and adjusted my tyre pressures we spoke about me coming for a check on my tyres every four weeks to keep a eye on the pressures pass my thanks on to Liam a friendly credit to the company and a good laugh
I've been using this place for maybe 15 years, back to well before it ceased to be Charlie Brown's. I've always had good service here. I don't think they've ever let me down.Just had my Aircon recharged but it turned out that didn't fix the problem (presumably a dead compressor because they were able to tell me that the system had no discernable leaks) so there was no charge. You can't argue with that for service.
Dealt with Jason, just nipped in & didn't book, had a screw in my C63 tyre & Jason had it sorted promptly, friendly & professional customer service. Give the man a pay raise!
Had my car in for new tyres as ford tried ripping me off for mot. Jason and the young lad who worked there went out of their way to fit me in and within the hour I had my car back. 4 new tyres fitted and balanced I was so satisfied with the service. I've recommended your company to all my mates who are all in the same car group and have also converted my father over to you, who's been using hi-q for 20 odd years.
