Just spoken to Emma on the town hall reception desk to arrange to collect some tickets on behalf of a friend who is ill, she was really helpful and went above and beyond.
The worst experience ever, not organised at all and charged me for 2 extra hours, when trying to contact them to discuss the invoice they refused to speak to me. Had to spend two hours cleaning the place just to get it ready for my wedding. Absolutely horrible customer services. Will not recommend it to anyone
