Worst customer service from any company I have ever dealt with. Shocking time keeping, would have been more than 5 hours late on one appointment if I didn't say it was too late. 2 hours late to follow up appointment. Poor communication. Ignores phonecalls. Was a no show on a 0730 appointment which I had to get my kids out of bed for. The next day the engineer showed up at 0730 for a 0900 appointment. This company is comical.
Excellent service very professional would use again and would highly recommend no hidden extra costs very punctual clean and tidy workers. The work was completed to the deadline stated when I was given the quote I will be using again
