Awful experience with Booths. They're more expensive than most and we wanted to use a local family firm so we chose to pay more with them. They caused several instances of damage (chipped walls, scratched dining table, left glue spilling out of the edge of our flooring then walked gluey footprints everywhere). They offered to come and sort them out, but when they arrived to fix them the fitter denied having caused any of them. Not sure why they bothered to offer to fix them if they were going to deny culpability anyway. They were rude, a bit aggressive and completely unprofessional. Would not recommend, would suggest shopping around for a better local family firm. Avoid.

To save stress of going round shops and choosing all th things i needed to revamp my house thought i would have it done by booths big mistake..had curtains with swags and tails in living room, roller blinds and verticlal blinds and four curtain poles an a rug and runner just come shirt of five thousand pounds.. fFirst the cords for runners were put on wrong side so couldnt reach.. they fixed that...then wrong cords were put on for size of blinds ... fixed that after anoter few weeks .. blinds wouldnt fully close another few weeks fixed .. put swags and tails up but to my dusmay they tacked them instead of velcro..so makes impossible to taje diwn and ckean without tearing..curtains were to short so after several more weeks they had a piece put in to make them longer.. got rugs opened them not right colour and not what i chose and both rugs were different colour.. I had enough by this time said i wanted my money back on rugs which were 950.. they said got to see what suppliers say .. i bought them from booths so not interested what suppliers say..got legal advice and got my money back of rugs.. they also said they would take my swags and tails diwn when neede cleaned;; i asked fir this in writing and guess what no they are not .. Well all i can say after this is this was a very stressful and expensive experience and regret not shopping around which now i think would have been cheaper and less stessful.. these people have not the experience they claim and hopefully have learned something from the appalling service i got
