Best gym Ive ever worked out at for free weight equipment. Squat racks and benches are superb and theres usually no problem finding the weights you want. It can get very busy but if youre kind and patient with other gym goers then you can usually share equipment and save time. Happy exercising everyone :)
Really like that they offer day passes for an excellent price of only 5.99. Really simple to buy, too in addition I enjoyed that the changing rooms were clean and tidy with excellent shower and locker facilities. The gym is pretty basic but has lots of up-to-date, perfectly working equipment to strengthen all parts of your body and I believe they offer a number of classes free of charge. Noticed that there is also a very large weightlifting section of the gym that seemed modern and clean. Great air conditioning and lighting, was a comfortable environment even for a young woman to go into alone. Would definitely recommend.
Nice, spacious and clean. Basic cheap gym. Good classes. Less atmosphere than in a library. Don't expect to be greeted and shown around if you're new.
