Absolute breath of fresh air. Very patient orientated. Real options with e mails / phone and face to face consultations. Blood tests easy to organise and never waited more 5 minutes in surgery. Nurses very knowledgeable with vaccinations. Results very prompt. Limited contact with doctors but seem very helpful. All in all, an excellent surgery with excellent staff who appear to really want to help patients in very trying climate of cuts etc. Congratulations to all

Well run service. Dr's are amazing. Very caring and willing to listen. Nurses and staff are excellent. I would highly recommend this practice

This practice is like a breath of fresh air! The ease with which appointment are available, both with the doctor of your choice or the next available doctor, seems unique in our experience. It doesn't matter who you deal with from the GPs, the lovely reception staff, clinical nurse specialists, pharmacy or the phlebotomy staff you are dealt with courtesy and respect. Our only regret is we didn't join this practice sooner.

I would just like to say a huge thank you! to Dr Clive Harries. Who came out to visit my 87yr old mum Elsie Murtagh today after she had a nasty fall outside her bungalow. She was very battered, bruised and rather upset. Dr Harries treated her with the dignity and compassion I think she deserved and, he was very concerned that the fall didnt affect her confidence. He also telephoned her at about 7.45pm this evening to check how she was and make sure she'd had something to eat. After working with GP's for 15 years prior to retirement. I find this approach very unusual but what a refreshing change. Karen Pawson

I have been with a few gp surgeries and this is by far one of the best. Staff are very helpful and you can usually get a same say appointment. You can choose if you want a telephone or face to face appointment. Lovely clean surgery and the doctors are fab.
