Great for a walk or playing with large grass areas and stately houses. Good for photography.

Lovely place to wonder round
A great open public space with great views to the west over towards Wakefield, part of the historic village of Heath . Great for children to run wild and a favourite place for dog walkers also Romany horses are grazed here but because it's a open area they are tethered by chains so take care when near them although they are friendly and crave company and the odd mint. There is a designated free car park and a historic pub on site here this place is a little gem, long may it continue.
We stay here from time to time on our travels in our motorhome. Would give it 5 stars if the folk in cars who congregate there on an evening would put their rubbish in the many bins provided, I'm sick of picking up after them.
