Went into jollyes wakefield on 9/2/19 and I was passing through back to Sheffield so decide to get some more millet spray for my cockatail and notice the water in the cockatails cage that they were selling was dirty and had poo in. Told a assistant about it and he said its vitamins we put in. Told him I have a cockatail my self. He went over and saw it and said oh yer sorry about that its needs changing. Jollyes in Sheffield have cleaner cages for their animals. Will never go back to wakefield one again!
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was looking to purchase a harness for my dog. A harness was suggested and if any issues were experienced to return and the issue would be resolved. The staff member fitted the harness to my over friendly dog with no complaint of all the licking from my dog. Staff make a companies reputation and here the staff do a really good job. Quality harness which works as intended.Great pet shop now has a walk in vet service, pay for treatment only no hidden cost. Had my dog vaccinated by friendly vets , at a convenient time. Definitely recommend using this service for any pets you have.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a fish tank from the store a few months ago and ever since I bought it all my fish have been dying!! The filter was broke when I bought it because the staff just threw it around!! After months of spending money and wasting time to fix it I finally a few days ago went to buy some new fish which when I got to the store the staff just walked off and completely ignored all the customers!! Which we were all trying to tell them they had a dead fish in the tank being eaten by other fish!! I spent a good deal of money on the fish as I waned certain ones such as Chinese fighter fish and when I finally managed to get them when I went to the counter I had to go back to figure the prices for the staff member serving me!! And after just two days all the fish have died instantly!! Which I did consider it to be the tank however it couldnt as other fish have been living in there and are still alive. So I decided to file a complaint on the website which took me half an hour to find it!! I went through page after page to find it. Once filed a complaint they said they would get back to me in two days. Its been four with no reply!! Do not recommend this store at all better off going to pets at home.
I like jollies, we only found it the other week, having a big big puppy that eats a massive amount, jollies is cheaper than pets at home, and not by a little bit but by a lot, I try and get a weekly shop every time, of frozen food and it's half the price was spending at P.A.H 28 for a weekly shop, and jollies it works out at 13 so well happy
