Super helpful, knowledgeable, kind and caring staff. Especially pleased that they have a wonderful selection of products Bach Flower Remedies Rescue Remedy, thisworks and Child Farm to name just a few, effective, quality and reliable a good pharmacy and happy to recommend them.

Appauling customer service. I'm amazed they manage to sell anything over the counter at all, they're so keen to refuse sales. The pharmacist/manager is condescending and speaks to you like you're an idiot. The staff especially the blonde pretend goth person judges you immediately and if deemed not good enough or whatever she gets the manager to refuse the sale without talking to you first.My advice, walk the few yards across the way to the Living Care pharmacy. Lovely understanding pharmacist and pleasant staff.If I could have, I would have given no stars.So appalled I'm talking my complaints further.
Turned up at 8:40am the doors were locked and was mouthed at through door that there wasn't a pharmacist
