Our heating stopped working 2 days ago... we needed a new part. Contacted Lou at 10.30pm that night and by 8am he was at our house checking the problem out. He managed to get our heating working in the interim until the part arrived and the following day he came out and fixed it all within an hour. It was -3 outside and with 2 kids he recognised this needed sorting urgently. Very nice man and a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again and I feel he is an honest and trustworthy person.

We have used Thermoman for a few years now after he came out to fix our boiler one Xmas Eve! Always fixed any issues weve ever had with our boilers quickly and for a reasonable price. Great experience - Lou came out the same day to diagnose the problem with our heating and upon ordering the parts, he came to fix the issue on a Sunday afternoon. Brilliant service and lovely guy. Highly recommended.
Lou is a top bloke, very professional and reliable. Initially called him just to disconnect my gas hob as I was having new worktops fitted around them... and he came back to reconnect as planned being "gas registered" Etc. I asked for a quote on a new boiler during his visit & I was pleasantly surprised by the price he quoted for the boiler that he actually installed which I feel wad really good value for money. He was very calm throughout the day considering we had a few issues with extra work required in the piping, but he gave reassurance and advice throughout. My heating is just wonderful now thank goodness I found him. I will be definitely calling on him in the future if I ever need a plumber, just felt that he was a guy who cared more about getting the job done right rather than making money! A true gent that clearly knows what he's doing.. thanks again Lou for all your help. Kate
