The worst customer service I have encountered in years. The owner refused to exchange a 14.99 item that broke whilst fitting together and was missing a vital piece. I returned it with two days with my receipt, clearly within my rights to return with the item not being fit for purpose. I was met with obstenance and hostility. I instead had to deal directly with the supplier who happily sent a brand new item to me the following day and bent over backwards to rectify the poor service I had received from ArmyStall. Fair to say I will not be setting foot in this shop again.
