Plenty of selections the staff are very helpful.
Cafe service is diabolical.... Person on the cash register also makes the hot drinks. By the time you get served any food is Luke warm at best. Filter coffee I ordered came from a jar !! Don't use....
The colleague are so partial with customers. When you pip in around 5 to 7, when they're reducing items etc they have friends and favourite people like customers they know around giving them further discounts on reduced items. Which is very partial. When i went to the asda lady to ask for a discount because the other man got it as I saw him with my eyes giving the lady from his trolley to further reduce it and when I went she said oh if it's already in your basket then you pay the rescued price (when it was the exactly same item) when the other customer was giving items from his basket and she was reducing it for him. How is that fair!? Overall the customer service is very bad. The behaviour towards ethics minorities is very rude and partial. The staff arnt helpful at all and always seen in groups with colleagues chatting away at peak hour. They have little staff at peak time with queues so long and when you ask to check some items they go and never return. If i could give a 0 star i would give -0. Never going there again. Also they were heavily advertising Halloween and when I went in on the day of Halloween all the shelf were empty and were taken down. Bad marketing. I could go on and on. They really need to up there game.!
This store is getting worse. Empty shelves, stackers are no where to be seen. Out of date ready meals and dairy stuff. Checkout staff just not interested in your complaints. They just want to throw your shopping through the scanner as quick as they can. I think Asda management have given up on this store.
Superstore yes but when using self check out and you dont have a bag not so super. You have to find an assistant for a bag. Gripped tightly in their hands like the last ever bag which they then scan for you to make sure you pay the 5p for it. The bag thinner then toilet paper most times splits. The 5p collected for bags i believe is donated to a charity but every supermarket has the discretion of how much of the total sum they give to charity. So question what percentage does the super markets keep. ? Bags use to be free but as part of the greener environment you now pay. So supermarkets that dont donate all the money are making a profit from what use to be a free item. Be good to see clearly just how much they do donate from the total sum of bags sold.
