Really really disappointed in this company, needed a decent reliable van for a few weeks over Christmas period. Was given a 5 year old stupidly high mileage old shaped transit paying way over the odds weekly to hire, was never told about the hidden excess mileage charge of 10p per mile, when returned the vehicle they charged me 164 in excess mileage charges meaning I dont get my deposit back, very very disappointed in this n will never use again. YOU WILL GUARENTEED LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU HIRE A VAN.
Excellent value for money. Staff realy good and helpful even though i got them on a bad day. So friendly and cheerful customer focused team. I will definately use them again. Special mention to the very helpful guy who checked the vehicle back in. Brilliant.
