Id like to leave 0 stars, went in for a MOT, ended up paying 60 as they did work before informing me! For a wiper and brakes fixing as my back brakes were binding. I had my brakes done prior to going. all new and NO problems, i also took it in for a service 2 months ago. (Not by halfords) cherry on top, i got unwanted attention from staff..
Two new tyres , good price booked appointment on line but branch phoned to confirm date/time & arranged to come in earlier as soon as tyres arrived. excellent service.
What sort of moron cant read the directional pattern or instructions on a bloody tire. I wouldn't trust these people to fill your windscreen washer bottle up. Avoid these incompetent unprofessional morons at all cost. I didn't even get an apology when I rang about it
Rented for free an electric bike for 48 hrs, the staff were very helpful and not pushy to get you buy afterwards
AVOID! 1 STAR TOO GENEROUS! 1 hour to change 2 hours which is ridiculous, then damage a pristine alloy and deny it. they did not even look surprised that I said it was damaged, I knew it was suspicious a couple lads hanging around the wheel for a while!
