Lazy service, kind enough to give me a refund. Nut slot cut too deep and wide for the gauge strings they put on causing fret buzz at 1st fret even after requesting that they not alter the nut, strings were so low they were touching the frets. Basically did the bare minimum. I recommend Ben Shand of BeeJ guitars in Leeds he'll sort out what these guys mess up.
