Not a bad place for cheaper jewellery but great for gifts and those on a budget

Bought a gold chain and within a month it broke without touching it near the clasp. They readily swapped it. So long as you say you dont sleep in it. The next one broke again in exactly the same place. They were not happy to swap it as id said id slept in it. That within 2 and half weeks the chain had stretched by an inch and half. Despited my other chain id bought from original jewellers that had lasted me 10 years with sleeping and showering in it, swimming in it and never took it off.Eventually they did swap it for another one.
