Knocking shop but cheap
Bed comfy. Room can get cold.Value for money apart from breakfast
Nice and clean rooms. Comfy Bedroom.. A shower as good as home with good shampoo and soap. Away from traffic ample parking even on a busy Saturday. Got up for breakfast had a smashing full English with everything else available. Plus a log burning stove in thr dining room / lounge what's not to like. It did say on the Internet breakfast only till 9:30am but was on till 12 so need to change that but otherwise smashing.
Very basic clean and comfortable accommodation which is cheap. Dogs are allowed at an extra 5. Meals additional are good value.
The bed springs were etched in my back ...Room heater wasn't working ...Staff not very polite ...At breakfast time was told breakfast was orders but as don't eat pork wasn't given the chance to tell staff....waited at bar to talk to staff but no body had time for me even walked past me....i know it's 2 star but i will not be staying again in this establishment again as I am a big believer in customer service regardless of how the room was ...so overall not a good experience ...sorry but it's the truth ..
