They can't do a meal what I'm ordered totally different wrap what I'm ordered

I have been ordering a doner. I asked without chips. When I got home iveI had chips and chicken meat inside. It's a disgrace.
Poor service, I had to tell them X3 times to have the kebab in a naan, but they just gave me it in a wrap, the server was too busy playing with his phone and the other guy too busy picking his nose, not good in a good place, also the kebab was ok, but not fantastic. And no hot chilli sauce is disappointing..
Avoid like the plague!! Order wrong, charge you for stuff and not get it.. TFC lost a customer, a loyal and best customer!! ):
