Got our hamster from them after initially trying RSPCA. They were very helpful. Spent a lot of time with us going through everything. Would highly recommend.Hamster is fine just sleeps a lot and loves running on it's wheel.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff who are very knowledgable about the products that they sell and don't try to push other stuff onto you like some other shops do.
The prices of dog food slightly better. Pricing on items very confusing to say the least. Price for medium items but large and small your expected to guess
The staff are always lovely here. They take the time to make you feel welcome and not just a number. My cats always feel calm and loved. They discuss prices with you and don't just say you must have this and it costs this much. Glad I swapped my vets here.
