Friendly (I think)
Property was terrible from the get-go, it took a week to get a response from Hodsons for any minor query. When I was leaving the property they charged me 40 to remove 1 weed from the garden--absolutely ridiculous. I would have removed the weed myself but I was abroad so unfortunately I had to pay the 40... be aware of this estate agent!

Excellent service and well worth their fee. They are down to earth and really follow up start to finish, glad I went with them over a online cheaper estate agent. They also provide professional photography my house looked its best and sold within a week! If you want a estate agent to trust with a house sale I would definatly recommend Hodson's. James and Louise dealt with my house sale they were brilliant.
