Went for some work doing on my grandads Skoda Yeti. Just went there and they did the work straight away. No appointment needed. Fantastic service! We even had a hot drink whilst we were waiting for the work to be completed. 5 star service. Only took 10 minutes from start to finish. We were so happy that they did it so quick! Definitely recommend D M Keith in Wakefield!
Booked for diagnostic check as car was overheating. Found the problem ( water pump) rectified it quickly provided a courtesy car very pleased with overall service and efficiency would recomend

Very happy with the service friendly and pleasant staff, I was offered a drink on arrival to collect the vehicle Gavin who was dealing with the handover was professional and helpful he went through everything explaining paperwork and the working of the car he set up my phone for me and sat nav he also explained the dashboard controls to me and said I could contact them if I had any concerns or problems. I will definitely be recommending the service given to my friend's and family. Thank you for everything I am very satisfied.
Parts and Service dept excellent.Parts went the extra mile when allowing to pick up and pay for part when closed after hours. This involved service dept too. Not many dealerships would do this. Always friendly and good prices for parts. Not the closest Skoda dealership for me but worth going out my way.
