Went to visit on Saturday afternoon 26 January around just after 4pm, with my wife and daughter. the showroom was not busy, there were at least 2 members of staff sitting at their desks. We spent the better part of 20minutes looking at the new Volvo V40 and XC60 in the showroom. We were entirely ignored by the staff. Shoddy service from such a big brand, wonder if it had to do with the fact that we were in a polo. The car park is small and the showroom rather dated, but the service is unacceptable. They do not deserve my custom.
Took my car in for repairs and the customer service was appalling, and in hindsight significantly over priced in comparison with quotes from other Volvo dealers (300 more), and in my opinion booked too much labour time for several simple tasks.i had to argue with the service rep to get a reasonable price or it would have been an extra 800!!!A torrid experience and I will not be going back and would not recommend the workshop to anyone.

Been for a service at riverside today & to say im Appalled doesnt cover it. After 2.5hours for a simple service, no valet and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced I can guarantee I wont be going there again!!
