Disappointing. Ultimately our estate agents (usually cast as the devil incarnate) proved more useful than these people when it came to pushing the process along/digging out information.Chloe in the office was extremely helpful towards the end but sadly her lady boss did not follow suite and was not only unprofessional but arrogant to boot. At one point, when politely asked if she could explain a miscommunication on their part, dismissively replied "I do not wish to continue the matter". Never mind, it's not as though we were paying them for the service.....oh sorry, my mistake, yes we were.
Very friendly and efficient whenever I've called into their Wakefield office regarding some work they're doing for me currently. Have used them several times and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.
