Don't waste your money. Useless, biased firm. Sent in feedback form. Nobody had the decency to call me back and discuss my concerns. Use a proper solicitor not these. All bells and whistles fancy offices..............not much else. I can substantiate my comments should Thornton Jones have the decency and common courtesy to reply. A further update, the senior partner did call me back two weeks ago to discuss my concerns. He was going to discuss with another member of his staff and get back to me last week. I'm still waiting, no phone call, no e mail. My opinion has not changed whatsoever.............................complete wasters.
The team conducted the legals for our move. It wasnt an entirely straight forward situation but they made it simple. Communication and service were excellent. Outcome was 100% and the fees were good value for money. Miles better than previous solicitors used.
