Leah has personally looked after my claim she is polite friendly courteous and genuinely wants to do well for you. She is efficient at dealing with all and has let me know every bit of information along the way offering friendly advice where she can. She makes me feel I am being looked after and put me at ease. My claim was dealt with by Jimmy Jagger at Minster Law, during the phone conversation I had with Jimmy I was made to feel like my claim was all that mattered to him and that he was giving me the right advice.
