Fantastic small hotel, built in the Old Church Rectory. Very clean, great hot shower and breakfast. About 4 miles out of Wakefield, nice and quite. Great staff.
This hotel is more like a 5 star. The attention to detail from the mini kits in the bathroom such as a shoe kit, sewing kit to the quality heavy cotton towels are what make this hotel stand out for me. The room and place was spotless. The TV was place near the ceiling in corner, this make it super comfy to lay down and watch films on the super king size bed, no neck strain. The manager was super lovely and down to earth. Treated with respect and friendliness. There is a great chinese just 1min walk away which also has a buffet too.Overall the stay was pleasant for the night I stayed and the breakfast was bang on. Forget those commercial motorway "hotels", come and experience a properly run hotel. Reasonably priced the same as travelodge or Premier Inn, yet far superior. Free parking too.
We had a lovely stay, excellent breakfast with a variety of choice, especially the cheese/ mushroom omelette. Love it
