We have used Calder vets for nearly 10 years and always been very happy with the care and treatment our dogs have received. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and very professional, the reception staff always made a fuss of the dogs which the dogs enjoyed. I would recommend this practice to anyone, they do go the extra mile to ensure your pet receives the best treatment, we have recently moved to Spain and Max (9 1/2 Year old German Shepherd) has a medical problem which is controlled by medication for the rest of his life. Elizabeth emailed me all details regarding his condition and medication in Spanish to pass on to our new vet in Spain to ensure he receives the correct treatment. Elizabeth also advised us on the additional treatments our dogs would need to have in Spain. Last week I had a question regarding max, I spoke to Natalie and she was most helpful and told me I can contact her if needed, that to me is going above and beyond what is required. The only negative is that I couldnt move the vets with us. Miss you all

Excellent practice, seen within 15 minutes every time, ALL the staff are helpful, caring and friendly. The best thing for me is they know the pets name off the cuff, very cool. Would thoroughly recommend.
