Our liitle Pomeranian has been under the excellent care of Paragon Veterinary Referrals for a number of months. During this time my wife and I have been amazed by the dedication of everybody at this practice. We really cannot speak highly enough about what they do and their caring approach to both patients and owners alike. A special thanks go to Adam and Ben for all their help but mention must also be given to the nurses and reception staff who work tirelessly to provide an excellent service which has exceeded our expectations.

Having to go through losing my dog was the worst experience of my life but I couldn't have asked for a better place or better people to have helped me through it. The vets and staff here were some of the kindest most genuine people I have ever met and the treatment of my beloved labrador and myself was second to none. They gave us all the time in the world, made us comfortable and even found my dog his favourite biscuits. They cared so much they sent a condolence card and seeds to plant a tree in my dogs memory. In a time when money seems to be all people care about it was an unbelievably refreshing and welcome change to feel like my dog and I came first. I will forever be grateful.

Friendly staff.Very expensive if you don't have insurance.. would suggest they give customers a rough estimate of costs before first consoltation. Because they were way out of our price range.. If we would have known wouldn't have bothered with consoltation and saved ourselves the money..

We recently used paragon for our dog, yes costs slightly more then an normal vets but I feel worth it, There specialist this is what you pay for.The reception staff were friendly and welcoming on arriving explained the process and showed compassion towards MY dog.The environment was clean and roomy allowing space to keep dogs appear if needed and a separate cat area. The vet knew what he was talking about, didn't feel that I was getting flannel to get more money out of me 'as some do' this alone is worth paying that little extra for.The most important thing is that when I had to leave my dog there I felt he was cared for and was not just left in a cage worrying.

Great place with very friendly staff. Very modern .looks cleaner and better equipped than a people hospital.
