This is a real hidden gem for those who like real ale or continental beers. Fernandes is very tricky to find as it is hidden from the main street. The top floor is a very traditional real ale pub, serving beers from their own brewery and from other local breweries. The lower bar serves a range continental beers. Despite the place being had to find out its always reasonably busy, which is a testimony to the quality ale served.
