Did good work on my van and at a good price
How disappointing!But then again what you expect off a main dealer. Purchased a berlingo van september 2018 with two and half year warranty noticed the other day it had no engine under tray, quite a minor part but needed to protect components around the engine from any debris. Did it have one fitted initally or did it fall off when l was driving? We will never know! Contacted SB got some idiot on the phone telling me "oh yeah l remember when these vans came in some had them on some did'nt you don't really need one anyway etc." Then sent an email to Mathew. He passed my complaint to the service manager LEE "L"ots of "E"xcuses "E"xcuses" who l think was just reading off a script titled "fob off customer." I even tried contacting the main man John Bowet. Only to be told l can't give you his email address but l will get him to call you back.........still waiting John? Where on earth is the customer service at this place? My warranty seems to count for nothing. Dread to think if it was a more expensive part, probably need a lawyer? I have had to get the part off ebay 62.00. Purchased two vans from SB Wakefield and will not be doing anymore business with them. SB after sales service is pathetic to say the least. John Bowet and his staff should be ashamed of themselves for treating good customers in this way.POOR SERVICE!

Absolutely brilliant service.Needed both front bulbs replacing and managed to get me a same day appointment to get it sorted.At the same time the rear brake light had failed aswell and they replaced that for no extra charge
