Great at getting the sale (Chris Humphreys) but am still waiting 4 weeks for my extended warranty documents which I paid for. Have called 3 times and get fobbed off each time that they are "being sent". Asked for a copy via email which I was assured would be sent on Monday. We are now on Friday and still not arrived. So annoying and very unprofessional. I get the feeling they are tying to pocket the money for the warranty and not actually give it to me
Please please stay away from this place....I speak as a guy who's had Ford's for over ten years including my son and daughter....we are a 3 Ford family....we did a deal here for a new car for my daughter......did the deal...payed the deposit...signed on the dotted line...then 3 days later they changed their mind...and changed the deal.... basically to get another years payment from her just over 3000 ...when we questioned it we were basically tret like garbage even the general manager wasn't interested so......please please be very careful when going to this dealership......they really really don't give a monkeys!!!
