First appointment. Having been sat here for an hour I saw a woman (who arrived half hour after me) go in to see my doctor before me! Apparently she was more important because she had chest pains! Surely then she should have gone to A&E? Typical NHS though, don't know why I'm surprised!
The receptionist staff are absolutely useless! Booked appointments and received text confirmation then to be told I didn't have an appointment?! Three times this happened. Also been told I had appointment at Outwood for it to actually be at Wrenthorpe. There's always a three week wait for appointments yet the place is always dead... Completely joke that place.
