Was very good but now if u need an appoinment u wait like a month and iam not happy with serevice

Doctor there diagnosed a viral infection as an allergic reaction even tho my symptoms had zero resemblance to an allergic reaction. Told me it came from a substance I reportedly didn't come in contact with, they seemed to judge me as too incompetent to know what the stuff I work with is made of. I even told them that I suspected a viral reason as I've already had a weakened immune system, didnt listen and soley focussed on the assumed "allergy", prescribed me steroid medicine and sent me away. Absolutely incompetent, would've gotten horribly wrong with the medication if I would've trusted their judgement. Went to get a second opinion and got treated correctly. Do not go there.

Ridiculous waiting times, ridiculously unhelpful, inept and rude reception staff. Saw a male doctor about mental health issues and all he was bothered about was if I was suicidal so he could cover his own back if anything happened. Never been able to see the same doctor twice about said mental health issues which is frustrating.

The reception od not nice and makes problem.First:On 2th December I broke two bones on the food.I was at the emergancy Pinderfield Hospital where was very good.On the 6th of December I called for my sick nota and she told my ,,You must first go to doctor for sick nota and offered my visit on 19th December.I called on 7 December again to GP ,they stil did not want to give sick nota.I asked for a conversation with manager after that i have paper.Secondly;Today 2th January I called to the GP becouse my sick nota is finish on 14th January but my X-ray is on 21th January. She give my news sick nota from 20 December to 16th January.I told her that is wrong becouse I have sick nota to 14-th January and she ignored me.This is very not nice and not normal.

My wife and I have gone in on three separate occasions to sign on. They are so inept. Worse still, the receptionist was very rude today, and spoke about us to a colleague, right in front of us. They were not even trying to be helpful. Whatever happened to good old fashioned courtesy and respect shown to patients. We're going to look for a practice elsewhere ......
