Cant get appoitment to doctor.They say ring in morning from 8 am.Holding phone more then 20 min and on the end say full book ring again.I try get my appoitment now more then 3 weeks.And only how can get appoitment is ringing!
Absolute joke one of the worst places to book an appointment if u work full time all appointment's are around none working citizens! Get a grip!!
Best surgery going, even though I have a bus journey, all the Docs are fab, one problem.. I think there should be more staff on reception, always a queue, and more staff manning the appointment phone line, takes a lifetime to get through, I sometimes give up in the end .. .. Just want to add a 1 star for not being able to book in advance, I've just read about the surgery, and it states that Tuesday to Friday you can book up to 2 weeks in advance .. Tried loads of times just to be told you have to phone at 8.00 on the day, this has been an option in all the years I've been withe the surgery..
Joke of a practice. I prefer to go to the walk in centre than try and get an appointment here. Even if you're on the phone bang on 8am can still be sat there at 8.30 and when you do get through there are no appointments left. If you need tests doing though you have to go to a registered doctor but getting in to see a doctor to discuss your results is impossible, even if the doctor requests you go in when your results are back you then practically have to fight with the receptionist (one in particular who is very rude and unsypathetic, she is the older lady, greyish brown hair with glasses) to get in and most of the time you end up having to explain to a completely different doctor why you're sat in his office. Waiting times are also an issue. Don't make one if you're in a rush because you will not be seen on time 99% of the time, usually an easy 20-30 minute wait. The Doctors however are lovely, Dr Dempsey and Dr Shepard are more than capable but that unfortunately is the only good thing about the surgery. Receptionists should be re trained and taught customer service skills and empathy. Think they forget that they should want to be the beat not the worst and if they worked for me in a reception area and were the first people my customers came across then they would be sacked.....I wouldn't want my company assosiated with them! Like I say I would prefer to walk the 30 minutes it takes me to the walk in centre in town and sit there for 90 minutes than go to this place!!!!
Absolute joke, phoned at 8am number 50 in the call que... 25 minutes later I finally get through to a rude receptionist telling me theres no appointments left so I will have to take my 3 year old son with conjunctivitis in both eyes to a walk in centre instead! I wouldnt bother registering if youre wanting a appointment, consider yourself lucky if you do get one
