Worst surgery ever. Register with a different one. Rudest staff ive ever come across
Shocking!!!My mum suffered from severe cough and she was fainting too. Doctor agreed to discuss only the cough and said that fainting is separate issue which requires anotherr appointment. My Mum Is 65!!!!!!!!! They sent us home IGNORING her completely. Who does do that to older lady who had Quadruple Bypas done?!?!?!?!?!?! Apart from this it takes few phone calls to book any appointment. Nobody's answering.

Receptionist are arrogant & not helpful when you need an appointment to suit people that have to work differentent shifts.
Unless you want a emergency appointment it's like banging you head on a brick wall just to get to see a doctor. Continually told there's no appointments showing at the moment and to try again in the morning, this can go on for weeks. There comes a point when you have to take a emergency appointment even though it isn't. I'm not going to mention any names but there's 1 of them who answers the phone she's like a rabid pit bull not got a caring bone in her body she is well harsh. She should be on the night shift to keep the burgalars away. The odd appointment I had managed to get I was generally left felling like I'd been fobbed off and let down and now you can only have 1 complaint per appointment. If this is the case then why are they always running so late. I could rant on a bit more infact a lot more but I won't. I think I have made my feelings reasonably clear
