The lady in reception was very rude.
This maybe a national problem as looking at other reviews a lot of patients being denied medication. This as happened to my son this year who being a type 1 diabetic any missing medication is a threat to life. As recent as yesterday the clinic failed again.Somehow a medical review my son has every year was missed and denied him medication once again. He did explain his circumstances and received the missing medication finally but advise anybody as we did consult your local mp as liased with the office of Mary Creagh. Don't take no for a answer your health is more important than any penny -pinching surgery
I have bad experiences all time I suffer from anxiety most of the doctors do not help you I try to avoid this place and thinking about changoing doctors. There rush you in and ready for next.
This place is a joke as the doctors are so rude to you and they don't help you at all and every time I tried to call in the morning and I get told it is fully book up and that you will have to wait until next day for a appointment and I won't dare recommend this place to anyone
A joke of a place never any appointments by time u get through on a mornin all appointments been taken up. When I go in there's only odd person sat in waitin room....
